Locally made in Clarence, Nova Scotia
Nova Nectar Apiaries is a small family farm that has been in operation for more than 20 years in Nova Scotia. They breed all their own bees and queens with no imported stock.
Their honey is extracted multiple times throughout the season allowing for a range of flavours, intensities, and colours.
Note: Some of the hives used by Nova Nectar are located near the Historic Gardens. While not officially a Historic Gardens product, some of the pollen collected by the bees would be from the Gardens.
100% pure, unpasteurized honey available in 125 ml (180 gram) and 375 ml (500 gram) glass jars.
