The Deportation of the Acadians: A condensed account of the deportation of the Acadians - by James E. Candow

The Acadian Deportation of 1755-1764 is among the most tragic events in the history of Nova Scotia. During that time nearly two thirds of the Acadian population was deported to the New England Colonies, Great Britain and France. After their exile, the Acadians began a quest to re-establish their homes or to find new ones all while maintaining their unique culture.

Each copy includes both French and English.
